You may have a question about our service. It may be the same as we have had from other people in which case we may have an answer below.

If your question is about the way we run our service and this FAQ section does not answer your question then you can email us (sorry - we can't accept loan enquiries by email - you will need to call us on 0800 408 6536 for these).

• How are you able to offer instant loans up to £1500 (i.e. on the same day you receive the application)?
  • You don't have to wait for someone to call you back so there are no delays dealing with your application. We have access to over 200 lenders and we are able to judge your application extremely quickly. With the advent of new technology we are able to send your application to our panel of lenders who are able to send funds to you the same day so long as your application is received in the morning.
• How much can I borrow?
  • We offer loans in the range of £100 and £25,000. The amount we can actually lend you depends on your personal circumstances. We therefore need to speak to you to gather the information we need. We may be able to provide loans of less than £100 - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
• Do you only offer unsecured loans?
  • At the moment we only offer unsecured loans. However, we are looking at introducing secured loans. In the short term if you want a secured loan you should apply to our sister website Solution Loans.
• How are you able to offer loans without doing a credit check?
  • We do not perform credit checks or credit scoring, but some of our lenders do. They will not do these checks without your consent.
• What do you mean by "No Upfront Fees"?
  • You can call us free to use our broking service, We will assess your requirements and will identify the lenders who may be able to help you. We will do this for free also. However, when you choose to proceed with a loan our service provider may make a small charge. So you can be confident that it will cost you nothing to find out what options are open to you.
• When are your telephone lines open?
  • Our call centre opening times are listed on the top right of each web page.
