How are you able to offer instant loans up to £1500
(i.e. on the
same day you receive the application)?
- You don't have
to wait for someone to call you back so there
are no delays dealing with your application. We
have a broad range of lenders and we are able to
judge your application extremely quickly. With
the advent of new technology we are able to send
your application to our panel of lenders who are
able to send funds to you the same day so long as your
application is received in the morning.

How much can I borrow?
- We offer loans
in the range of £100 and £25,000. The amount we
can actually lend you depends on your personal
circumstances. We therefore need to speak to you
to gather the information we need. We may be
able to provide loans of less than £100 - please
contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you only offer unsecured loans?

At the moment we
only offer unsecured loans. However, we are
looking at introducing secured loans. In the
short term if you want a secured loan you should
apply to our sister website

How are you able to offer loans without doing a
credit check?
- We do not
perform credit checks or credit scoring, but
some of our lenders do. They will not do these
checks without your consent.

Why do you charge a fee for telephone calls?
- You may already
have come across other brokers who charge a fee
upfront or on completion of the loan
application. We don't do this. However, as with
all businesses, we need to cover the costs
associated with receiving enquiries. We have
chosen to do this linked to the inbound phone
call. However, we offer a refund policy* if
you do not receive a loan from our panel of
lenders. We
think this is the fairest way of conducting
business.

What if I get put on hold when I call?
- We are regulated by ICSTIS and as
such we have to make all efforts possible to
minimise the chance of you being put on hold.
This would only happen if all our operators were
busy and all our overflow operators were too.
This is rare. In normal situations you will be put straight through to a
customer service representative and you will
never have to listen to an automated service. We
are able to provide a much better service to you
than other call centres - you don't have to wait
to speak to someone, and you don't have to wait
for them to call you back, which they may not
do.
